PORTRAITS :: MANHATTAN BEACH, CA

Well after re-scheduling this shoot twice....once for sick baby, and once for rain, we finally got a beautiful day to do their family portraits down in Manhattan Beach! It was a bit cold, but otherwise a perfect day for a shoot. Check out some of our favorites shots below!

ENGAGEMENT :: UNION STATION, LOS ANGELES
February 2nd, 2010
Last weekend we drove up to downtown LA to meet with some old friends for an engagement session at Union Station. After the sun went down, we headed over to their favorite watering hole, the Frolic Room on Hollywood Blvd., to grab a few shots. These two are getting hitched in March on the Queen Mary, and we are very excited for their wedding. Good seeing you guys!

Last weekend we met up with some old friends who I hadn't seen in way too long. In fact, it has been so long that I hadn't even met their son until the day of this shoot! The little guy is nearly 2, and we all know how hard it is to photograph 2 year olds, right!? They won't sit still for a single second so we really had to be on our toes! Regardless of him running every which way EXCEPT towards the camera, we managed to grab some shots of him playing at the local park. Don't ask how I do it.... ;)

DAY AFTER PORTRAITS :: PALOS VERDES, CA

You might remember this couple from their beautiful La Venta wedding held back in November. Well they contacted me about doing a day after session to get more shots of them all decked out in their wedding attire, and of course I agreed! I absolutely love doing day after sessions as they rid us of the time constraints we have on the wedding day and we can get some great, relaxed style portraits. Here are a few favorites from the session!

MATERNITY :: LOS ANGELES, CA

Last Sunday, we met up with our good friends to take some maternity photos. We had such a blast hanging out with these two and shooting throughout their house. J&S, thanks for spending the afternoon with us and letting us rearrange your furniture! We can’t wait to meet your new addition!
